Cancellation Policy

1.    If the Guest wishes to cancel their reservation, payment will be refunded as follows:

a.    50% if canceled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date

b.    0% if canceled within 60 days of the Check-in Date

i.        Please know if guest chooses to cancel their reservation and is eligible for a refund, you, the

guest, will still be responsible for the 4% processing fee

ii.        If the Owner needs to cancel your reservation for whatever reason, the Owner will be

responsible for the 4% processing fee
